General terms & conditions
These terms and conditions, as may be amended from time to time, apply to all our services directly or indirectly (through distributors) made available online, through any mobile device, by email or by telephone. By accessing, browsing and using our website or any of our applications through whatever platform (hereafter collectively referred to as the “website”) and/or by completing a reservation, you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below. The website is hosted in the Czech Republic and operates under the Czech citizen and business law.
These terms and conditions are published in two language versions – English, and Czech. In case of differences, the terms and conditions from the English version apply.

Price displayed next to an item is final and valid at the moment when your order is sent to us by clicking the “Order now” button.
The total price is calculated as a sum of prices of individual items and the price of shipping, and is affected by the selected payment method.
Price of shipping is displayed at the last page before sending your order. The price of shipping may vary by target country and may also be affected by the selected payment method. We ship within 3 business days from receiving your payment. We cannot influence the time required to deliver the shipment. If you wish to get a tracking code of your shipment, contact us via e-mail.
You may choose whether to pay be wire transfer or via Paypal. You will receive an e-mail with payment details after your purchase is confirmed by us. Your payment has to be payed within 14 days from receiving our payment details e-mail to one of the following accounts:

Orders that are not paid within 24 days from receiving our payment request will be cancelled.
Confirming and Cancelling orders
All orders are confirmed via our internal system. If you do not receive such e-mail within couple minutes from your order, please contact us at email@example.com. When we internally process your order, we will send you an e-mail with payment details. You may cancel your order within 14 hours from ordering by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You may return the goods unused, complete, and undamaged within 14 days from receiving the shipment. You must include a copy of the receipt and your bank account number where we will return your money. Paypal payments are returned via Paypal only.
Warranty claims will be processed within 30 days of delivering the goods back to us.
You are, however, required to check the goods upon receiving them and if you find any damage, you have to report back to us immediately.
Warranty does not cover damages caused by the transport company.
Warranty lasts for 2 years.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by regular or incorrect usage or storing.
If you wish to claim your warranty, please contact us via e-mail first.
Mention the reason for claiming the warranty, your order number, and your contact information. If we accept your claim, we will pay you the costs of shipping back to us.
All your personal information you provide us is required for the fast delivery to your home. We will call you only if we fail to contact you via e-mail or in case of an emergency. We promise not to give or sell your personal information to any 3rd party and we promise to protect the information according to the EU law.
